Book a call

A 30-minute call. No pitch. No obligation.

The point of the diagnostic call is to work out whether an AI audit — or, honestly, an audit at all — is right for your pharmacy. Sometimes the answer is no. That's a valid outcome.

Diagnostic call

A conversation about your pharmacy — not a sales pitch.

Pick a slot. Bring your pharmacy: call volume, current bottlenecks, PMR, what's working, what isn't. Come away with a straight answer on whether AI would earn its place — and, if so, which capability first.

  • Thirty minutes. No longer, and rarely shorter.
  • Free. No obligation to book an audit afterward.
  • No hard sell. If AI isn't right for your pharmacy, I'll tell you.
  • Video call by default. Phone if you'd rather.

What happens on the call

Here's the actual thirty minutes.

No slide deck. No demo unless you ask for one. A conversation, from someone who has stood behind the counter.

  1. 1
You brief me on your pharmacy (10 min)

Call volume. The bottlenecks that annoy you most. Your current tech stack, roughly. The one thing you'd fix if you could snap your fingers.

  2. 2
I ask a few sharp questions (10 min)

Questions designed to work out whether AI would earn its place at your pharmacy specifically — not at the pharmacy on the last case study.

  3. 3
You get a straight answer (10 min)

Where AI would help. Where it wouldn't. Whether an audit is right for you, and what an audit at your pharmacy would probably surface. No commitment either way.

  4. You walk away either way

If the fit is right, we talk about the audit. If it isn't, we don't. Some conversations end here. That's fine — you've saved yourself the audit fee, and I've saved myself the delivery.
